Trasca & Co. Eatery a Welcome Addition to Sawgrass Village

Newly opened in Ponte Vedra Beach’s Sawgrass Village is Trasca & Co. Eatery, owned and operated by Ponte Vedra resident Sara Trembath. Its signature sandwich, the Panino, was invented in 1974 by Trembath’s grandmother Everetta Frasca, and is a favorite of families and communities in Colorado, Minnesota and now Ponte Vedra Beach.
