We are currently looking for 4 Brand Ambassadors to join our sales team!

The ideal candidate is one who embraces community involvement, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is passionate about advertising. We have an immediate need to fill 4 Business Development / Account Executive positions; one in each of the following 4 markets: North (Fernandina Beach to New Smyrna Beach); Central (Cocoa Beach to Juno Beach); South (Palm Beaches to Homestead), and the Keys.

Here’s a description of the position….


Compensation: Commission Plus Bonus Potential

Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

– Introduce our brand to potential new client advertisers in your assigned territory via online, telephone, and face-to-face interaction

– Develop mutually beneficial client relationships with a focus on creating an exceptional client experience

– Oversee the status of each advertisement and coordinate client details including URL links, message, products, and campaigns

– Consistently meet monthly business development goals including sales and prospecting funnel/pipeline

– Manage client financial transactions including submission of accurate sales documentation, billing/payments, and after sale service

– Maintain consistent, timely, and accurate reporting/tracking

– Function independently and as part of a dynamic team

Core Competencies:

– Results oriented with proven ability to set and consistently achieve sales goals

– Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about marketing, engaging, and customizing advertising solutions for local businesses

– Experience with telephone, online, and face-to-face prospecting, lead generation, and sales

– Strong organization and time management, detail oriented, and self-motivated

– Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment

– Professional appearance, demeanor, and ability to provide a positive company image to the public

– Demonstrated integrity and ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality

– Excellent verbal and written communication including disciplined, timely follow up to emails and calls/messages

– Available for routine travel within the designated assigned territory

– Proficient in MS Office applications, Google applications, Skype, and Dropbox

Other Requirements:

– Have regular access to a pc with internet and up-to-date anti-virus software

– Have a mobile device capable of making and receiving calls with an active voicemail

– Hold a valid driver’s license, reasonable access to a reliable working vehicle, and valid auto insurance

– Willingness to work from your own home office

– Willing to work as an Independent (1099) Contractor

– Other duties as assigned
