The festival is free, but VIP tickets are available for $40-$140.The website describes the event as a “free, outdoor blues music festival that celebrates America’s indigenous musical form. The three-day oceanfront event features national, regional and local blues artists on two stages. Its energetic lineup, incomparable venue, food court, artisan marketplace and kids area attracts an estimated 125,000 fans each year. Springing the Blues is held at Jacksonville Beach’s SeaWalk Pavilion every April.”
