Lobster corn dogs, loaded tater tots and the Drunken Pretzel burger are just a few of the menu items keeping ROK:BRGR burger bar + gastropub on foodies’ radar in Delray Beach. The Atlantic Avenue eatery’s twist on comfort food is what Marc Falsetto and Charles Hazlett, co-founders of JEY Hospitality Group, set out to accomplish. JEY Hospitality, an acronym for just enjoy yourself, is the company behind Pizza Craft, Apothecary 330, TacoCraft and Himmarshee Public House in Fort Lauderdale. TacoCraft also has a South Miami location along with Mercado Negro.
