For some people, listening to music is an essential part of running.Music can help bridge the gap between “when will this be over?” and “I think I can, I think I can.”In a FLORIDA TODAY survey of about 80 people on listening habits, 79% of respondents reported listening to something while running. From punk rock to polka (seriously), it’s clear that music and other downloadable content plays a big role for local runners.
