A new Cocoa Beach mural is taking shape. Local artist David Rothman, who is no stranger to painting on the Space Coast, is bringing the mural to life with bold, funky letters proclaiming the name of its creator, “Downtown Cocoa Beach Main Street,” on top of a solar-system-esque background.
