John P. Regan, the city manager of St. Augustine, had quite a surprise Wednesday when the ambassador of Spain to the U.S., Ramòn Gill-Casares, stopped by St. Augustine. Gill-Casares visited to tell Regan that King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia would visit St. Augustine in September to attend the United States-Spain Council Forum and to celebrate the month of St. Augustine’s 450th anniversary.
