Many events have been canceled, courtesy of COVID-19. But the Key West Film Festival revealed its plans for the ninth annual festival, set for Nov. 18-22. Building off the mantra of “Passion Meets Paradise,” the festival will be embracing its tropical paradise setting by moving all screenings to outdoor venues across the island.
