In an effort to extend the summer tourism season into the first weeks of September, the St. Johns County Cultural Events Division, St. Johns Cultural Council and Tourist Development Council on Thursday announced an inaugural event highlighting music, art and entertainment in St. Augustine and beyond. The Sounds of Summer Celebration, featuring the Sing Out Loud Festival, will include free concerts by Brandi Carlile, the Indigo Girls, Booker T.
