Debbie Harvey is the president and chief operating officer at Ron Jon Surf Shops, the Cocoa Beach-based retailer which started in New Jersey in 1959.Ron Jon opened its 14th full-size store at Florida Mall in March. It also has two licensed stores in Mexico and several airport locations.Harvey recently spoke with business reporter Kyle Arnold.
