Beaches Trolley to Run to Springing the Blues Festival

The Beaches Trolley will be running during the Springing the Blues Festival in Jacksonville Beach this weekend, the Jacksonville Transportation Authority announced Wednesday. Trips are $1.50 each way or $4 for a one-day unlimited ride pass.
