The City of Atlantic Beach, the City of Neptune Beach and the Beaches Town Center Agency & Merchants Association have teamed up to develop some creative solutions for kicking off the holidays this year. With current health guidelines and Jarboe Park under renovation/construction, the regular Friday Night in the Park event with Santa is not possible in Neptune Beach, and the traditional parade, performances and activities throughout Beaches Town Center on Saturday are not an option, either. The solution? A decorated Golf Cart and Bike Parade, starting from two locations at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 5, followed up by meeting Santa at his sleigh in Beaches Town Center.
