Every season, new concepts and cocktails are crafted at the bar inside Scarpetta, one of many dining options at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. The latest idea is Sorso, a pop-up lounge that was introduced in March at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival. Sorso aims to combine science and spirits.
