A second location with a different menu from the 3-year-old Miami original has opened in the former TAP Global Beer Collection in Delray Marketplace. “We are a pre-Prohibition-style gastropub, and our approach has been to elevate global classics,” co-owner Kevin Danilo says. The name stems from making craft cocktails in batches, taking up to seven weeks, such as the Entourage with jalapeno-infused tequila, pineapple and guava ($12.50).
