Warm Weather Delays Migration of Right Whales Off Volusia, Flagler Coast

With much warmer than normal temperatures in December, the season for spotting endangered right whales off local coasts is getting off to a slow start. But with a promise of cooler weather to come, the local whale watch network is getting ready for the season with a volunteer training workshop this month.
