Parade participation includes students, organizations, businesses, military groups and public officials. The parade kicks off at 17th Street and Washington Avenue to 11th Street, then west on 11th to Meridan Avenue, then north to 14th Place, then onward to Flamingo Park’s baseball stadium, where a wreath-laying ceremony will take place. Post-parade highlights include a parachute team landing, flyovers by U.S. Air Force planes, and Coast Guard and police helicopters; 11:11 a.m.; Flamingo Park Baseball Stadium, 15th Street and Michigan Avenue, Miami Beach. miamibeachfl.gov.
