‘Today’ Show Host Matt Lauer’s Former Personal Chef to Open Restaurant in Neptune Beach

The former personal chef for longtime “Today” show host Matt Lauer plans to open a 34-seat restaurant in Neptune Beach this summer.Chris Polidoro was Lauer’s personal chef for more than a decade. His new restaurant, to be named Doro, is in the former Tama’s Sushi location at 106 First St.
