Just three months after Philadelphia restaurateur Stephen Starr opened the Continental Miami in the Aloft Miami Beach hotel, he is ready to debut his fourth South Florida concept, Le Zoo, at Bal Harbour Shops.The French eatery officially opens Nov. 16 for lunch and dinner, and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Soon, it will launch daily breakfast as well. The menu features class bistro dishes such as steak tartare and scallops nicoise.Chef Craig Wallen will lead the kitchen at Le Zoo.The restaurant at 9300 Collins Ave. in Bal Harbour is currently hiring for all positions, according to its website.
