The St. Augustine Film Festival returns to St. Augustine with a pass-holder reception Thursday, and it’s bringing a slew of international and indie films along with it. The event is the brainchild of Arnold and Barbara Grevior, patrons of the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival. The couple owns a house in Crescent Beach and insisted on bringing the experience to the Ancient City.
