The Space Coast Art Festival is returning to Cocoa Beach this November, joining forces with the Cocoa Beach Art Show. Space Coast Arts Festival Chairman John Alexander said the two groups reached an agreement Tuesday afternoon to jointly hold the two shows on Thanksgiving weekend in downtown Cocoa Beach.
