Florida sets another milestone, and this time it’s with science.A South Florida resident became the first woman in the country to get a new one-of-a-kind prosthetic hand, WSVN reports.Nigel Treblin Stringeri-limbLizbeth Uzcategui suffered from Amniotic Band Syndrome, a condition that limits blood flow to the womb and disrupts development. She was born without a right forearm and has only three fingers in her left hand.Uzcategui got a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to visit the Hanger Clinic in Tamarac to receive a custom-fit  i-limb quantum.
