When Denise Silvano visits her family’s farm with animals, wine, cheese and olive oil in Salerno, Italy, she is struck by the freshness and simplicity of their food. So she paired up with Italian native and veteran restaurateur Rosario Argentino to debut this farm-to-table bistro.”We embarked on this journey of freshness, local farmers, grass-fed meats, no antibiotic chicken and sustainable fish,” Silvano says. “This is the closest we could come to the quality and freshness of the food in Italy.”
