Workers are positioning wooden poles to fashion the future roof of Rikki Tiki Tavern, the storm-damaged bar that may reopen this spring at the end of the Westgate Resorts Cocoa Beach Pier. “As you can see from our renderings, the new, improved Rikki Tiki Tavern will feature open-aired seating with a thatched roof, allowing for spectacular ocean views..
