Where are the oldest homes in Delray Beach? The most famous historic home is the 1902 John Sundy House at 106 Swinton Ave. It’s now a restaurant and inn. Another notable historic home is the 1926 house at 170 NW Fifth Ave., which belonged to educator Solomon D. Spady, This is now the home of the Spady Cultural Heritage Museum. Delray Beach has five neighborhoods on the historic registry.
