Explorers ready? Passports ready? Go!
Explore Florida’s Highway A1A Inaugural Wine and Spirits Tour ready
for those who want to be among the first to get their passports stamped

JACKSONVILLE, FL – The recently announced Passport to Explore A1A Wine and Spirits Tour is issuing passports to adventurers who wish to experience the “600 miles of smiles” from Amelia Island to Key West. The tour was developed as a different way for visitors and Florida residents to enjoy and learn more about Highway A1A which has provided inspiration to artists, outdoor enthusiasts and explorers of every kind for decades. There are seven official stops on the Wine and Spirits Tour. Details on the destinations, how to get a passport, and the unique experiences created for A1A explorers can be found on the website – www.ExploreA1A.com/Wine-Spirits-Tour.

Passports can be downloaded from the website at no cost or a premium recycled cardstock version can be purchased and mailed in the United States for $1, outside the US for $2, complete with an authentic Florida postmark. Each of the seven locations on the tour has a custom passport stamp. Every A1A Explorer whose passport is stamped by all seven tour stops can also claim a free commemorative souvenir.

The focus of the first tour was determined in April by popular vote through social media. The destinations ready to welcome A1A explorers and stamp passports are: Marlin & Barrel Distillery, Fernandina Beach; St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine; San Sebastian Winery, St. Augustine; Flagler Beachfront Winery, Flagler Beach; Endless Summer Vineyard & Winery, Ft. Pierce; Schnebly Redland’s Winery, Brewery & Restaurant, Homestead; and Key West First Legal Rum Distillery, Key West.

“We had a blast building this tour and collaborating with each of the extraordinary artisan locations on the tour route and hope passport explorers will find something truly unique, authentic, and wonderful about each of these destinations too,” said company Chief Expedition Officer Tina Cherpes adding, “explorers are in for a one-of-a-kind tasting experience that can only be described as pure Florida!”

“Endless Summer Vineyard and Winery is very excited to be a part of the Passport to Explore A1A Wine and Spirits tour!” said owners Gary and Susan Roberts, “We are excited for explorers to come experience the “Good Wine, Good Vibes and Good Times” at Florida’s original sun and surf winery!”

Those who accept the passport challenge are invited to share their adventures using #ExploreA1A and join the growing community of explorers on Instagram (ExploreA1A), Twitter (ExploreA1A), and Facebook (ExploreA1Acom).
