This comfort-food eatery has debuted on the first floor of the Casino at Dania Beach, which reopened in 2016 after $60 million in renovations. Customers order to-go meals at the counter or get full service in the sleek, industrial dining room with brick walls and a gray, suspended geometric ceiling. “The casino crowd is a fun, high-energy crowd that goes with the atmosphere we wanted,” says Shane Barton, who owned previous locations of Orange Bear Grill in Bonita Springs. “My original location was a 13-seat, 30-by-20 booth in a flea market, then expanded to the Bonita Springs Moose Lodge. Every year, we have grown in location to now a bright-orange building that felt like it was meant to be home for the Orange Bear brand.”
