A new restaurant is opening in the spot where Nippers Beach Grille closed late last year in Jacksonville Beach.Blue Typhoon Bar and Grill is scheduled to open Friday, but its grand opening is not likely to be until early August, said Sloan Searcey, who is handling social media for the new restaurant.
