Owner Sopanut Sopochana wants to be different — thus, his new eatery in a former Greek Bistro.”When I moved down to Florida last year, I found most Thai restaurants have the same menu, most selling sushi also —high end and too expensive,” says Sopochana, who evolved to opening three restaurants in New York City after immigrating from Bangkok when he was 14. “I wanted to create a fun and interesting place and affordable, offer other Thai dishes that we as Thai people love to eat.”
