Lenny Kravitz’s former Miami Beach abode is up for sale, with a hefty asking price of $25million.The rock star bought the six-bedroom, 11-bathroom estate in 2001 for $8.95million. Listing agent Jill Hertzberg of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate tells the Wall Street Journal that Kravitz ‘put his mark on’ the property by bringing in sand to create a private beach on the grounds of the tropical getaway.In 2005, the famous musician sold the home to its current owner – New York City real estate developer Stephen Muss – for a cool $14.5million.
