Margaritaville Hotels & Resorts is set to debut a Key West, Fla., outpost, announcing plans to reflag the Barbary Beach House Key West and relaunch the property as the Margaritaville Beach House Key West this fall. Located across from Smathers Beach, the 186-room property is slated to undergo a $3 million enhancement project, which will comprise the addition of several Margaritaville food and beverage concepts and an expanded retail outlet, among other new elements.
