Sparkling colors light up the night at Deck the Chairs in Jacksonville Beach, including the anticipated return of a 100-foot-long vibrantly lit octopus exhibit with an eco-friendly message. This is the third year that Beaches Go Green, an educational and environmental awareness nonprofit organization, is displaying its Octopus Garden at the holiday event. It turned environmentally harmful materials into an artistic, aquatic art piece that attendees can walk through.
