In its inaugural season, Key West Theater, a non-profit located at 512 Eaton St., is bringing national touring acts and concerts, like country singer Deana Carter, ballad rocker Edwin McCain, and Robert Randolph and the Family Band, to the small island town. The 255-seat venue is almost sold out for the Jan. 19 and 20 Indigo Girls concert. Local musicians have the spotlight, too, opening for the nationally known singers on select nights.The building, a historic Key West gem, was originally built in 1848 as the First Baptist Church of Key West.
