The old Milltop Tavern was demolished in March 2016 and rebuilt about a year later, but the historic St. George Street watering hole still hasn’t reopened. Ken Kale, one of the owners, told The Record on Tuesday that the Milltop will be ready to welcome guests again in about three weeks.
