Jacksonville’s Huguenot Memorial Park re-opened Tuesday after a four-month closure; and Tim Stewart was there to celebrate. “We can’t even surf today, but just came out to see our beach,” said Stewart, who was among a group of surfers who went to the seaside city park to embrace its 8 a.m. return. A mile west, surfboard builder Dick “Rozo” Rosborough called the reopening “killer,” adding, “I’m super stoked it’s opened again.”
