The South Florida Holocaust Museum in Dania Beach had its official grand opening attended by 500 people on Sept. 28. Attended by many government and 50 South Florida based Holocaust survivors, the ceremony was marked by the announcement that the new museum will be showcasing the traveling exhibit “The Nazi Olympics: Berlin 1936” beginning in May, 2017 for four months to commemorate the 81st anniversary of the 1936 Olympics.
