Hemingway’s Tavern in Melbourne reopened Monday after seven months, with expanded outdoor seating, a bigger kitchen and a fast-service, walk-up window. Planning for the expansion began late last year, said Jimmy Tarasavage, an owner of the restaurant, but many of the changes, such as more outdoor seating and easier pick-up for to-go orders, dovetail with how diners in the era of coronavirus now eat out.
