‘Girls on the Run 5K’ Held on Hutchinson Island

The “Girls on the Run 5K” was held on Hutchinson Island on Saturday.

Dozens of runners took off from Bryan Square, near the International Trade and Convention Center. Lots of moms and dads motivated their kids to push hard through the finish line. They say it’s all part of inspiring these young ladies to achieve whatever they set their minds to.
