Fort Pierce – One would have thought that nothing could be grander than last year’s accomplishment of bringing home the Gold to the Treasure Coast in the 21st annual South Florida Tattoo Expo’s tattoo competition. Well, one would have thought wrong. This year’s tattoo competition at the 22nd annual show, which donates 100 percent of the proceeds to Joe Dimagio’s children’s hospital, was the fiercest yet. Three times the amount of the average competitors turned out in search of gold, silver or bronze.
