For 52 years, it’s become tradition to celebrate Easter in Cocoa Beach among thousands of spring breakers, beachgoers and surfers. This weekend, the 52nd annual Easter Surf Festival makes waves again with three days jam-packed with surf contests, people-watching and dog surfing.
