The Florida International Dog Surfing championship happened over the Easter weekend at Fernandina Beach, Florida.Dogs of every size flew in from all over the U.S. to compete. Handlers jumped in the water and help dogs, wearing life preservers, catch the waves. The canine’s are even judged on poise, ability and confidence on the surf board.The Championship has other competitions as well like doggy diving and frisbee catching.
