Divers Cove Organizes Dania Beach Pier Clean-Up

Jewelry, knives, cell phones, batteries, a computer and fishing equipment were among the items recently fished out of the ocean by volunteers.It was part of the annual Dania Beach pier cleanup organized by the Davie-based Divers Cove. More than 60 divers went in the water with more than 20 on land sorting through items and lending a hand. They were joined by others helping on kayaks.
