This oasis of American dining on the Intracoastal Waterway next to the Atlantic Avenue bridge is offering seasonal selections though October. “I love the roasted Brussels sprouts ($12), which can be vegetarian,” says Jon Greening, partner and corporate executive chef. “There is a lot going on with Asian flavors meeting smoky Neuske’s bacon and chevre goat cheese. I want to possibly expand our vegetarian menu options.”
