The cold may have some college students already thinking about Spring Break locations in Florida.U.S. News recently rated the top ten destinations for Spring Break and Miami Beach took the top spot followed by Daytona Beach at number ten. The other eight locations were South Padre Island, Texas; Cancun, Mexico; Puerto Vallarta, Mexico; the Bahamas; Jamaica; Puerto Rico; San Diego; and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
