Barbara Hoffman and Susan Grandpierre: A Cultural Arts Village is Born in Vero Beach

An exciting project is underway to create a cultural arts village in the Edgewood neighborhood of Vero Beach. Three years ago, a leadership team appointed by the Cultural Council of Indian River County was charged with exploring ways to bring more cultural activity to downtown Vero Beach. The team visited and researched several communities in Florida. Ideas were discussed and shared in public meetings.
