Atlantic Beach Motel has Blend of Vintage Florida and Today’s Beach Life

A nearly 70-year-old hotel in Atlantic Beach recently underwent a big transformation, taking its mid-20th century roots and adding a 21st century touch. The motor court inn at the corner of Sherry Drive and Atlantic Boulevard adopted a handful of names: The Palms Inn, the Palms Retro and, now, the Hotel Palms.
