Congratulations are in order for two Fort Lauderdale hotels.The Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale and Pelican Grand Beach Resort made Condé Nast Traveler’s list of the 25 top resorts in Florida.The ranking, part of the publication’s annual readers’ survey, was announced Tuesday. The entire survey looked at responses from 128,000 travelers, who rated resorts on rooms, service, location, food/dining, design, activities/facilities, and value.The Ritz-Carlton, which is wrapping up an $8 million renovation, snagged the No. 10 spot with a score of 86.104, while the Pelican Grand came in at No. 21 with a score of 82.925.South Florida hotels—from the Keys up through Palm Beach County—fared very well on the ranking, accounting for the majority of resorts on the list. Eau Palm Beach in Manalapan took the No. 1 spot.
